Starting from Tuesday January 27, 2026, we meet every Tuesday until March 31, 2026, in an intimate, Private Zoom session from 12pm to 3pm EST.

On Monday April 6 & Tuesday April 7, 2026 we'll go until 4pm EST to cover your ACC level group mentor coaching hours.

You'll receive the link for our Zoom sessions every week through email reminders both a day before and 15 minutes before our online training sessions.

FOR LEVEL 1 HERE IS HOW WE BREAK DOWN 65 HOURS:

37 HOURS ON ZOOM:

30 hours as your synchronous coach-specific training: you'll have 3 hours of live zoom classes each week on Tuesdays for 10 weeks.

Plus, if you are going for your ICF credential, you'll also have 7 hours of ICF group mentor coaching on the last week of the program.

Which makes total 37 hours of live zoom classes.

25 HOURS OF SELF-STUDY: You have 23 hours of digital content that you need to study for about 4 hours a week for the first 6 weeks + min 2 hours of reading.

3 HOURS OF PERSONAL MENTOR COACHING: Upon successful completion of your program, you'll have 3 hours of personal ICF mentor coaching that you need to complete within 90 days. 

I also need you to practice coaching every week in both levels. And I even pair you up with a peer coach from your group so that you can coach each other every week!🤗

You can receive your NLP certificate of attendance from Dr. Richard Bandler upon successful completion of your online program.

Not yet. DO NOT represent yourself as an ICF accredited coach until you receive your badge from ICF itself. 

ICF requires additional steps for you to receive your ICF credential.

Consider it a 3-step process:

1. Successfully completing this 65-Hour coach specific training:

• By showing up to all of our zoom coaching education classes for 10 weeks = 30 hours
• Studying all the video content and reading materials in your library = 25 hours
• Attending to your group mentor coaching sessions for the last 2 weeks = 7 hours + 3 hours of your personal mentor coaching = 10 hours
• Record and submit your performance evaluation sessions to me and get approved!

2. Collect 100 hours of coaching experience. 25 hours can be free of charge for you to master your coaching skills. And the remaining 75 hours need to be paid coaching sessions. And you'll need to coach minimum 8 different people to collect these 100 hours. This is for ACC.

- You'll need 500 hours of coaching experience for PCC level.

3. Take the ICF Credentialing Exam which is 3 hours long and will be emailed to you after you submit your application to ICF.

Only after you complete all these steps, ICF will email you your batch so that you can proudly position yourself as a World-Class ICF credentialed coach! 🥳

Please do your best not to miss any live zoom sessions. This online double certification training is fully accredited by ICF. And they do require you to complete all 30 hours of live zoom training to get certified.

So please make sure you fully commit and participate to all 11 weeks.

If you miss any weekly session it means you'll miss 3 hours. And you'll need to pay extra $250 for every hour you need to make up.

The only exception to this is your doctor's official health report showing that your illness is not allowing you to participate to your training classes.

Grievance Policy:

Academy of Neuro-Shine Technology seeks to ensure equitable treatment of every person and to attempt to solve any grievances in a timely and fair manner.

Participants have the right to file a grievance regarding presentation or content, facility concerns, or instructor/faculty behavior. All grievances will be addressed to the best of our ability to prevent further problems. A process for filing grievances can be found below:

• A participant should first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the educator/trainer, staff, or participant with whom they have an issue. If participants are not comfortable approaching the individual, they can proceed to step 2.

• If participants are not comfortable approaching the individual with whom they have a grievance, or are unable to resolve the issue directly, participants should submit a written grievance to the program manager within 7 days. The program manager will review the issue and talk to the student within 7 days of receiving the complaint. The program manager will work with all parties involved to resolve the issue.

• If a participant does not feel the issue is resolved, a written request for an appeal should be sent to (organization/person) for review. This appeal should include the original complaint and reason(s) the participant is unsatisfied with the resolution attempt(s). Appeals are reviewed and a written response will be provided to the participant within 15 days. All appeal decisions are final. 

Participation Policy:

Success in our program requires full commitment by all participants. By enrolling in this course, participants agree to being fully present during all sessions and participate to the best of their ability.

This includes arriving on time, abiding by the code of conduct, and engaging in course activities.

Attendance

In order to provide you with the minimum required training hours for certification, it is important that you are present at all course meeting. If you have an emergency or become ill and are not able to attend a coaching session, please contact your instructor and support@shinyunsal.com  immediately. You will be expected to complete the session materials, review the session recording, and complete a coaching session outside the live session to make up for the missed session.

If you need to miss more than 3 hours of the course, you will have the option to work with the instructor to cover the missed material at your own expense or register for the next cohort.

If you miss any group hours of mentor coaching, you will need to arrange and pay for individual mentor coaching sessions to complete the required 10 hours of mentor coaching to satisfy the International Coaching federation requirements. Petitions to this policy are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing to the instructor and Academy of Neuro-Shine Technology.

Course Engagement

Our courses are designed to be interactive and engaging for our participants. It is therefore an expectation that you participate in course activities, including dialogue with the course instructor and peers, mock coaching activities, and experiential learning exercises.

If you are unable to participate in an activity, please inform your instructor as soon as possible. Please refer to the code of conduct for additional details.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner during all sessions. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Arriving on time to all sessions.

• Attending all live sessions and mentor coaching sessions.

• Having your camera on for virtual live sessions.

• Participating fully in all sessions and mentor coaching sessions. This includes being prepared for the session, involving yourself in discussions and activities, assuming responsibility for your learning, and contributing to the learning of others.

• Engaging in discussions with integrity and honesty.

• Being respectful of your fellow participants and instructors, including silencing your cell phone, not texting, and other disruptive behaviors. 

• Embracing diversity and inclusion while respecting the dignity and humanity of others.

Partial Completion Policy:

Academy of Neuro-Shine Technology will offer credit for partial completion of a course. The number of hours awarded will depend on the number of hours of curriculum received. If you are interested in receiving partial credit for a course in which you are currently or were previously enrolled, please contact shiny@shinyunsal.com  no more than 3 days after the course has ended. Please include details about the course in which you were enrolled, the number of credit hours you are seeking, and any additional relevant information. If approved, you will receive a certificate of credit from Academy of Neuro-Shine Technology indicating the number of training hours completed.  

Payment Policy:

All registrations are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Your registration in a course is dependent upon receipt of full payment. We accept payment by credit card or PayPal. All payment will be in USD.

Refund Policy:

Cancellation of a course must be made within 30 days from the start of the course to be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made 30 days after the course began, are not eligible for a refund. Written notice of cancellation shall be effective on the date of the withdrawal is received by Academy of Neuro-Shine Technology. Refunds will be made within 7 days following receipt of cancellation or withdrawal requests.

Registration Modifications

Modifications to registration, including substitutions of participants or transfer of course dates, must be completed at least seven days before the program date. Participants may contact support@shinyunsal.com to modify their registration. Course changes will be allowed as long as there are spots available.

Transfer Of Credit Policy: 

If you have completed a Level 1 program at another organization, we will apply your completed credit hours to your Level 2 program. You must provide documentation of your Level 1 completion, including the organization, number of hours completed, completion certificate, and contact information for the organization or trainer. You may be asked for additional details or documentation on an as-needed basis. Please contact support@shinyunsal.com for more information.

As an ICF Accredited provider, our organization adheres to and emphasizes the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics. The ICF Code of ethics describes the ICF core values, ethical principles, and standards of behavior for all ICF professionals. Additionally, Academy of Neuro-Shine Technology commits to acting with integrity and transparency. We hold ourselves and our participants to the highest level of integrity and strive to be as transparent as possible by explicitly stating measures being taken to provide programs in an ethical manner. We do not believe in using manipulative or dishonest sales tactics and strive to provide a safe and ethical sales process. Further, we work to provide fair and equitable pricing for all programs to ensure access and quality of coaching education.

Yes! Starting immediately, you will start practicing your coaching skills with your peer coaches in the group. 

And before you begin coaching, I will demonstrate how to do a coaching session at ICF standards from the beginning to the end, several times. 

You'll also have a step by step coaching guide to help you in this process.

And the best part is, you'll end up having so many FREE COACHING SESSIONS as you will be coaching your peers in the group and they will be coaching you back! 

Once you complete this ICF Accredited 11-Week Online Neuro-Shine Technology Coach™certification training program, you can begin charging anywhere from $50 to $100 per hour. Or even more, if you are comfortable.

Once you get ICF Certified, your hourly rates may jump up to $125 to $175. (source: ICF)
