The Importance Of Powerful Questions

In this video I'm talking about why powerful questions are very effective to create Neuro-Shine Moments™, A-HA moments to help people improve their awareness by giving you three examples.

First, let's define what a powerful question is: A powerful question is an open-ended, non-judgemental and non-approving question based on pure curiosity.

And the intention behind powerful questions is to help people find their own truth. To help them experience Neuro-Shine Moments™ of truth, in my language :)

So powerful questions are NOT about you. When you ask a question about you, it's not considered powerful. Or if you ask yes/no questions they are also not considered powerful, because they are your everyday, transactional questions. 

Powerful questions are deeper. They are transformational. They are about exploring and expanding perspectives.

Here are three sample powerful questions:

1. What would your best self say or do?

2. What story have you been telling yourself and/or others?

3. What else is possible?

When you make it a habit to ask these powerful questions not only to yourself but others, you'll experience more Neuro-Shine Moments™. And with more Neuro-Shine Moments™ you'll create a Shiny Mind. 

And with a Shiny Mind, you will make more enlightened, higher conscious decisions which will empower you and the people around you to live from the core of who you truly are.
