Leaders have a clear sense of what they want to accomplish and can communicate that goal clearly to inspire others. 

When everyone works together for the same goal, amazing things can happen.  🙌

4. COMMITTMENT 🤝 

Leadership requires a resolve that never wavers. 

It's about sticking with something even when things get hard. 

Leaders keep going even when things get hard, and they don't give up on their organization's goals. 🤞

5. CONTROL 🕹️ 

Self-control is an important part of being a good boss. 

Leaders keep their feelings, actions, and responses under control. 

By being good examples, they encourage others to follow the example, which builds an atmosphere of respect and responsibility. 💯

6. CHARISMA 🤗 

Charisma is what makes people want to follow great leaders. 

Some people may be naturally charismatic, but anyone can learn and improve their charm over time. 😊

Enhancing your charisma makes your effect and impact bigger. 

7. CONTRIBUTION 💝 

To be a leader, you need to want to make a change. 

Real leaders are pushed by a desire to make a difference in the world and leave a lasting mark on it. 🎯

Adding these 7C's to your leadership style will help you lead in an honest way, bring about change, and get results that matter.
